Dear Patients,
The cut-off date for prescription orders for pre-Christmas collection will be Friday 13th December for ALL patients.
The Practice will only be closed on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th December 2024 and again on Wednesday 1st January 2025.
Please ensure you leave enough time for your repeat requests to be processed as we cannot guarantee medication will be ready for collection if ordered after the 13th December 2024.
