We are relaunching our Patient Participation Group. The purpose of this group is for us to hear your feedback on how we can continually strive to improve patient experience and an opportunity for us to explain the latest developments at both East Harling and Kenninghall.
We plan to hold meetings every 6-8 weeks with the Practice Manager in attendance. We are aiming to hold the first meeting of the reinstated PPG before the end of October.
