The Practice is experiencing a very high level of demand and all of our staff are working extremely hard to care for all of our patients.
Regrettably there have been instances over recent days where our staff have been subject to abusive and aggressive behaviour from a very small number of patients, not only when working their shifts, but also when off-duty and away from Practice premises.
East Harling & Kenninghall Medical Practice aims to provide high quality healthcare and we will treat all patients with respect and dignity. In return we expect all our staff to be treated with respect. We will not tolerate abusive language or threatening behaviour against any member of staff. Such behaviour may result in the offender being denied access to the doctor and/or further measures as appropriate.
