Following a change of computer systems at the Practice patients can no longer use their online access details which they set up previously
To regain online access there are two options:
1. If you currently access online services via the NHS app then this is still available. However if the NHS app has stopped working for your online access, then please delete the app and reinstall it following the option utilising photographic identification.
2. If you prefer to access online services via the Practice website then please visit the Practice website, where you will see navy blue boxes on the front page.
To the top right you will see General Enquiries, please select this option,
You will then see Registration as a heading and below that Register for Online Services.
Please select this option and complete the form therein. This request will be dealt with by our Reception team as soon as possible.
Once registered, patients will be able to go on to the Practice website where the following actions will enable repeat prescription request:
1. Select the navy blue box which says Request Prescription
2. Request repeat medication
3. Are you reg for online Services: Select Yes
4. How would you like to order your repeat prescription: select Online Services
5. This will then take you to the login screen for SystmOne where your new login details can be used
