Appointments

Request an appointment by visiting our Consulting Room.

Please can all adult patients wear their own face masks or face covering when attending the surgery. These can help us protect each other and reduce the spread of Coronavirus.

We operate an appointment system in order to minimise patient waiting time. Each appointment with a doctor is scheduled for 10 minutes. Out of consideration for other patients, please book a separate appointment for each member of the family who wishes to see the doctor or request a double appointment for longer discussions.

Please only use the telephone consultation facility when absolutely necessary.

Consulting Times

Weekdays: 08:30-11:00 and 14:00-17:30

Saturday: 08:00-12:00 (One clinic per month)

Online Services

We also offer the facility to book a routine 10 minute appointment with any of our doctors using our online services. In order to be able to access this service you will need to register for SystmOne Access and then present a form of photographic ID at either surgeries. If you do not have any form of photographic ID please contact the surgery and we will endeavour to help.

Urgent Appointments

Urgent medical problems will be seen on the same day but not necessarily by the doctor of your choice. Some details may be required by the receptionist to allow the doctor to assess your priority. If you are seen as an emergency you will asked to come to the surgery at the end of the morning or evening clinics.

Late Policy and Cancellations

The doctors always try to keep to appointment times but some problems may take longer to deal with and therefore you could incur a longer wait. If you arrive later than 10 minutes after the allocated appointment you may be asked to re-book.

If you are unable to keep or no longer require an appointment, please remember to let us know so that we may offer it to another patient.
