E XTENDED HOURS - SATURDAY MORNING CLINICS
We would like to remind patients that they can book an appointment with both a Doctor or Nurse on Saturday mornings. Surgerys are held at each site once a month. These clinics are for pre-bookable appointments only between the hours of 8.00 and 11.45.
FLU VACCINATIONS
If you are eligible i.e.65 and over or in one of the "At Risk Groups" with one of the following conditions:-Respiratory, Heart , Kidney , Liver disease. Diabetes, disease of the Nervous system, Immunosuppression, had a Stroke, or are a Carer. Please telephone to make an appointment.
N.B. flu injection provides protection against against the most prevalent flu viruses including the H1N1 (Swine flu) virus.
If you are included in the above you are also eligible for a Pneumococcal Vaccination, if you have not already had one, please ask the receptionist when making your appt as this can be given at the same time, but a longer appointment will be required.

You will have received information in the post from NHS Norfolk regarding the creation of a Summary Care Record (SCR). Finally, you may contact the Practice Manager, Wayne Rawlings, or his Assistant, Rebecca Leech, who will try to help with any queries you may have. Please do not book an appointment with your GP specifically to discuss the SCR.
